We had a great stay overall but encountered a few issues that could be improved. Our room had stunning views and was nicely updated, but the overall maintenance of the facility could use some attention, as we faced a couple of maintenance issues. The location was fantastic for exploring the area, but the dining options left something to be desired. While we loved the amenities available, the value for money felt a bit off considering the experiences we had.

My stay at the resort was fantastic, especially for a summer getaway with the family. The Poplar Ridge 2-bedroom was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen that truly felt like home. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire pits and had a great time hiking with the gondola ride. However, I found the Nordic whirlpool condo lacked the charm and upkeep I expected, which was a bit disappointing for our anniversary trip. While the staff at the front desk were wonderful, I wish the dining options had been more available during our stay.
